Hard to gauge if these really work.
Hard to really gauge if these work. Any preventative maintenance products are a gamble but at the price, it is worth a try. I have been using them for the last year over rid-x. I put them directly in my septic versus flushing them. I do a personal monthly inspection on my septic as it can avoid costly backups, pump failures, or breakdown issues. So when I am done, I just throw one of these in. So far, so good but the real thing that keeps your septic running well is avoiding all the chemicals, fats, and oils that have a hard time breaking down. Avoid those and you will have years of trouble free service.

I usually buy this stuff locally but I needed to order a few things so I picked them up through Amazon. To be honest I don't know how well they actually work because I'm not regularly looking in my septic tank, but it is recommended for people with septic tanks so I toss them in the toilet from time to time just because. They definitely have little guys inside that grow in the water, I guess the toilet didn't flush one all the way one time. A little freaky but kinda cool.

No smell from septic tank now

This is my second order within 3 months. Costly product but effective. Bad odour has been vanished. Since our tank is big I am using 2 packs per month. About the wastage I have no Idea what is happening inside the tank. Let's see after 6 months.
