I bought this due to the size, I have a Preemie thats exclusively breast fed and she fights me with the hospital grade pacifier, this one i just bought and received today and she absolutely loves it. I wouldn't get the round tip one if you're breastfeeding. I got the one that resembles a nipple, is nice, soft, definitely worth the money. She goes right to sleep with it. Thank you!

So, we are avid Ryan and Rose cutiePAT fans. But, at night he seemed to not be able to keep his cutiePAT in his mouth as well. So, I ordered these thinking the roundness of this would help keep in his mouth better. And, it does. I am the toughest critic on pacifiers since using the cutiePAT and I expected to not be huge fan of this one. But, I was wrong. Absolutely love this pacifier. YES, it does start getting coming and “falling” apart after a few months and more so if you continually boil them to sanitize them or put them in a dishwasher. We just soak ours in hot water and soap. Works great. They still have to be replaced more often than others, but that’s with ANY natural rubber pacifier.

Writing on my hubby account. So first of all, I like the durability and smell is natural. As well, my child loves it. It has not caused any nipple confusion so great for breastfeeding babies. It will get sticky and discoloration which is normal of the natural elements. As well, don't wash it with hot water after every use. Only the first time to disinfect. After wash with warm water and mild soap like the baby friendly bottle soaps. It is light weight and good quality. Get the orthopedic if you worried about teeth developed.
