Absolutely no stars. I was forced to give one . I have been using this henna for years . Lately, my opinion is, the formula was changed . The first day you applied , it was fine, dark brown . By the second week, my hair started looking much lighter. By the third week, my hair was an ugly yellow . Honestly , this henna should be taken off the market . Expensive and 100% UNSATISFACTORY !!!

Love it because it's easy to use. The only issue I have is that it rinses out every time I wet/wash my hair.

Been using it for years - 90% great and 10% sometimes I get a clumpy batch. Not necessarily from this seller, but also from all the other Amazon sellers.

I've been using this product for many years with no issues. However, the henna within bottle Lot Number L0422038382, V04/2024, was very watery and didn't hold its color after application. It also didn't smell fresh compared to the other bottles within the package. It's beyond the return date but I'll try to do so anyway (for at least a one bottle replacement). Has anyone else experienced this after purchasing? I have one bottle left and hoping it's okay after application - it doesn't have an odor and seems thicker after shaking the bottle. The lot number on that bottle is L0723039126, V07/2026. I'm beyond disappointed. I really love this product so not sure if the quality issue was caused by the manufacture or the seller. Going forward, for bulk purchases, I'm going to open every bottle and check the product's quality before the expiration date.
