Leaf show how science is catching up with bible in many ways which awesome (Good read for every Christian) and how we can use simple detox plans for better life.

A good read for application in daily lives , the most amazing part is the author's creativity in linking the scripture to concepts of modern science in every chapter which beholds the attention and faith of anyone who goes through the beautiful work of hers.

I came across this doctor's IG account as I was mindlessly scrolling through my phone. But I had no idea how great a blessing this was going to be for me. I've known a friend who went through abuse and has been dealing with cPTSD. And once who was a topper in school was now struggling with the basis of how to actually function like a normal human being. A grown adult had the IQ of less than a 5 year old kid. He had lost any and everything he had learnt about the way the world works. Oh abuse can be fatal as well but I'm glad God made him stick around until he could be free from the shackles of the past. I gave this book to him and he hasn't turned back ever since. His battles aren't as big as they used to be. Dr. Leaf has done the job that our souls have longed for years. Please get it especially if you want to know the absolute practical application of God's Word. You'll fall in love with the Word - again :)

Good book and worth the cost, only negative point is that the delivery took very long. Surprising so long for a book!!!!!

A book worth reading

Book is absolutely illuminating but the paper Indian printer has used is poor.
