Very comfortable and high quality

It's just thick and hard enough to support my head and neck, which relieved the pain I've been suffering for a while.

Looks comfortable but after using, I have severe neck and back pain.

I’m disappointed with the product so far. I am a side slider so I thought this will help. I feel if the width was bigger it would have worked much better for me. I wish there were sizes for me to try. The sponge itself is good but the distance between my neck and shoulder require the wdith to be bigger for it to be good for me as a side sleeper. Probably works better if you sleep on your back.
