Good product marred by poor technical knowledge of the installer
Excellent product although a bit over priced. But u always pay a premium for brand. The product is marred by poor technical knowledge of the technician who came to install. There are 3 levels of codes of which he had no clue. So I allowed him to do only the carpentry part. I had to go through the manual and make sense out of it. I wish for such high priced product a more knowledgeable person should be sent for installation and customer is not left to fend for himself and make sense of the manual. Would have given the hardware a 4 star if Godrej would not have made me work so hard. 2 stars deducted for poor post sales service and 1 for over price. Order only if u can read & understand the manual

Easy to use
I’m not very good with technology but this lock is easy to use and I don’t need to carry large wardrobe keys around with me now which is a big bonus.
