Small and easy to take! Very strong smell though. It doesn't upset my stomach when I use it.

Okay, first let me start by saying I CANNOT swallow pills. Cannot, psychologically I mean. Physically I'm sure I could, I have the basic mechanics for it, but my brain WILL NOT allow me to. I choke, I panic, I sweat, and I end up deciding that life isnt so bad with an X, Y, Z deficiency. So, in desperate need of a heavy duty multi-vitamin, I set out looking for something comprehensive (alllll the vitamins) and third party tested (safe). When I say finding this product was the answer to my prayers, I cannot begin to explain.... This product contains all of the vitamins typically included in a multivitamin + vit D and B complex. AND its a mighty because nearly every vitamin is present at well over the recommended daily values. So if you are really deficient and not getting proper nutrition through your diet this is such a great product. This particular one does not include iron but I know the company does offer some with iron if you're needing it. The pills are TINY. Like, half the size of a tic tac tiny. Like, be careful you dont inhale it tiny lol. The first two days of taking this I noticed an immediate change in how I felt, which tells me I really needed the nutrients because I've taken multi-vitamins in the past (usually gummy form) and never really felt anything, definitely no improvement, so I was beginning to think vitamins were a hoax created by the supplement industry. But holy moly, mighty mini vite. No kidding. I wasn't fatigued anymore, my skin cleared up, I was sleeping better. Like what the heck... no clue what I was deficient in to begin with, but I will continue taking these in the future. I have also convinced my mom and two brothers to begin taking them as well and my mom swears that she feels more energetic herself.

Love how small these are, the smell is terrible but my kids don't seem to be bothered by themml. I think the size really help get them to take them.

My wife struggles taking large pills, and we’ve been looking for a supplement that didn’t have ridiculous high amounts of nutrients and in a small pill, and this is it. These pills are tiny. Finally, an easy to take supplement that isn’t overloaded with too much.

Pros: I have purchased this seven times. I love how tiny it is, but also like how much it has to offer. This is ideal for people who have a hard time taking pills of any kind. Perfect to even offer children to swallow one of these tiny vitamins. Also if the vitamin E says d-alpha. The plain “d” means it’s natural. But if it has “dl-alpha. The “L” with the “d” means synthetic. This supplement is all natural. Cons: It’s so easy to drop & lose…lol

When they say mini, they mean mini!!! These vitamins have packed a good punch, the ingredients seem to be legitimate very easy to take, sidenote, just be advised that I personally experience the extra taste of that typical vitamin flavor, sometimes if I have indigestion, I can taste the vitamins throughout the day, even though they’re tiny.

So tiny that they tend to hang up on the gag reflex. I ended up pitching half the bottle.
