What size wicks do these lanterns need 1.6 or 2.6 or the large?

The wicks come with the lanterns, and you can buy spares from clearcraft.

What colour dye is required - and how much to use - to obtain the colour shown in the photos?

No idea I tried some food colouring I think and it just sat at the bottom. You’d need an oil based dye. I just used them with clear oil.

Replacement wicks, where to buy?

I bought some from Clearcraft.......around £14......£15 for three I think.

Can you use paraffin?

I would not risk it, I use the recommended smokeless, odourless lamp oil. Would imagine parrafin very smelly .
