I am all about natural health and living a healthy lifestyle. My children and I have rarely been on antibiotics between Tinctures, Essential Oils and good quality supplements. I enjoy helping people to get the vision for becoming the CEO of their own health. My parents were on every drug under the sun and I had to be their patient care advocate. In cooperation with my dad's cardiologist, we were able to get him off from blood pressure medicine and Coumadin (rat poison) I am a huge research fanatic and have found - BioScience CoQ-10 is an excellent quality for a great price. At 200mg, we take 1 a day. If your on a statin drug, check with your doctor he may say it would be beneficial to take 2. CoQ-10 has so many benefits and there are a number of products on the market, it is important to make sure you get a good quality for maximum benefit! Other huge benefits are no soy which is terrible for men and with how it is grown/processed is really not great for anyone, non-GMO, no dairy which is helpful for those with lactose intolerance.

I was sceptical that this COQ-10 would help but I’ve been suffering with hormonal migraines for years and all the prescriptions are barely working. A week of this COQ-10 and I’ve already seen a decrease in the severity and frequency of my headaches. I’m pretty surprised actually. Obviously it’s still early but even a week of minor measurable relief is a big deal for me and something to continue to explore, especially considering there are NO SIDE EFFECTS! Another stupid thing is that I absolutely HATE taking vitamins because I have always been sensitive to how they taste, aftertaste or regurgitate all day after I would take them. I must say the Arazo COQ-10 doesn’t do any of that-zero taste issues, so now I have no excuses not to take them. I purchased the Azaro brand after researching and reading several brands. I chose them because they were GMO-free, made in USA, gluten free and pharmaceutical grade, etc.

COQ-10 is an antioxidant, which helps damaged cells and aids with metabolism. Research has demonstrated that taking COQ-10 in Ubiquinone form helps lower high blood pressure and prevent heart disease. BioScience provides 200 mg ubiquinone (an oxidized form the body converts), which is the amount used and recommended by several research projects.I've been taking COQ-10 for a couple of years and it has helped keep my blood pressure under control. It is important to find a brand you are comfortable with and that you trust. This is the first time I am trying this brand and I have been taking it for a couple of months. I cannot guarantee that this product will work for you because we are all different, but as for me, this product is doing exactly what I hoped for and that is helping me control my blood pressure. The package is well labeled, informative, and easy to read. Sometimes the only way to determine if a product will work for you is to try it for yourself.

So far it seems to be a quality product. I have no complaints about it. I will be able to give a complete review after I have taken the supplement for a few weeks. I'm scheduled to see my Dr for blood work. So if there are some noteworthy changes I can mention those changes. As of now, it's easy to use. The capsules are easy to swallow. I've had no unusual reactions to it. So I will update in the future if something more significant reveals itself.

This seems to be a quality supplement. It is the first time that I have purchased COQ-10, and have no complaints whatsoever. I would make this purchase again.

I actually purchased this product for my husband on the advice of is doctor. My husband is currently taking lipitor for high cholesterol. Even with a healthy diet, exercise, and staying under 180 lbs., my husband's cholesterol was still climbing due to genetics. The doctor recommended this product because my husband was experiencing mild joint paint from the lipitor- so the doctor didnt want to up his dosage. After about a month, we all started seeing results- my husbands cholesterol level was down 10 points! Will continue to use this and husband has not experienced any side effects with this supplement

I've been using BioScience Nutrition COQ10 for two months now after deciding to switch brands (an ineffective brand) I really like the quality and I love the powdered non-liquid based capsules. It's probably one of if not the best quick-absorb brands currently available while at a reasonable price. I take this with PQQ for the best overall benefits I do not believe that BioScience Nutrition produces a PQQ supplement or combo supplement.

No se como debería ser el estado natural de las pastillas pero hay un derrame dentro del producto lo cual no asegura su calidad ni seguridad. Cuidado con esta compra. Además intenté reportar la devolución de mi dinero y no aplica así que esta es la única forma de quejarme ya que acabo de perder el costo del producto y no puedo hacer nada más. Me siento estafado.
