I’ve used Con-cret for over a decade and really don’t have many complaints. While I’ve had creatine products that did dissolve better this certainly doesn’t dissolve “badly” at all. It’s pretty normal for some to settle to the bottom if you don’t mix it well or let it sit. That only requires a fresh stir or shake when you go back to it. I generally take creatine apart from my workout as it’s built up in your body and doesn’t need to be a pre or intra type of supplement. So that being said I don’t know how to comment on speed or energy level bc I don’t think those are particularly reflective of what your expectation should be. Value is on par with other similar forms of creatine. I have tried both pineapple and unflavored and I enjoyed them both. If you like to drink this alone then a flavored option is nice and if enough water is mixed the taste is fine. IF you go low on the water though then it’s for sure going to be a little more bitter. If you’re the type to mix this with a different drink or even a pre workout then I’d obviously lean towards unflavored and it’s not noticeable at all.

The taste is really hit or miss. The amount is very small and it doesn't dissolve fully. The texture is fine, and the ingredients seem to be really good.

Mixes well, does what Creatine does but sweetend with Stevia. I wish I would've read the ingrediants closer. "No artificial colors, flavors, or sweetners" but as soon as I tasted it, I knew I messed up. It leaves that lingering Stevia after taste. If you like Stevia this may work for you.
