Very easy to install, looks great with the rustic brown and black finish. The fit is perfect, and the storage capacity is ideal for home or office use. Screws and parts are of good quality, and the magnetic doors close smoothly. Feels sturdy and premium once assembled.

Excellent Cabinet...Comes flat pack, so easy to build (took me 25 mins) looks fantastic. Sturdy and great quality also looks stylish... value for money.

Not the cheapest cabinet but also not overly expensive, at nearly £80 you expect a good quality and you do get that (you even get a screwdriver in the box but they do say you can use electric) the instructions is very easy to follow (I am use to assembling on my own and learned long ago to make sure you take your time and make sure you hold item like the photo instructions say, so had no problems) most slot into place then you put screws in (if you have someone to hold it will be assembled faster, but not necessary) Fast delivery was next day, well packed as it should be but expect a bin bag full of foam and some cardboard. Overall its a nice looking unit looks expensive the wood on top is like photo online dark brown (don't really go with my lighter shades beach oak but its a lounge /dinner and I wanted something not to much wood and robust) I did get what I was looking for, you can move shelve up and down with metal brackets easy, looks tidy and easy to dust, I would of liked a lighter different shade option as I have dark grey wood units (charcoal) with light sand like colour wood on top (top gets less dusty) This unit only has wood on top for me that's great as the more you clean wood it fades or chips this is some sort of metal so will stand up to cleaning. a good buy.

Far too much polystyrene packaging , in this day and age you should be using at least recyclable packaging, polystyrene is the worst for such a smallish item I had two black bin liners full without the cardboard

At the time of review, this SONGMICS Metal Storage Cabinet is £82.99, which compared to the "engineered wood" products for around the same price, it's a bargain. The product comes flatpacked and the instrcutions aren't as clear as they could be (there is a bit of headscratching at times), but eventually I managed to get them together. Took around 30 minutes in total and I used my own tools rather than what comes in the box. For me the size is perfect, it's used to hold a laser printer plus router on top, with stationary supplies inside. The shelves can be sdet to the levels which suit you, although most will probably go for an even divide. Once buiilt is is nice and sturdy. The printer is around 20kg and there is no fears that it struggles under the weight. It also looks a lot better than the wooden one it has replaced, and seems to attract less dust. The colour also works really well in the location I've put it. Overall, I think it's a bit of a bargain, certainly compared to a chipboard alternative. It's not going to start falling apart after you've moved it a few times and it's looks the job too. Very happy with it.

Build quality: I have bought other products before from this company and they have all been worth the money - cheap, yet durable. They look more expensive than they actually are. The build is solid and can hold heavy amount of weight... its near the kitchen door for paint tins and others heavy items that i don't want in the way. The foot adjustments are a life saver when it comes to my uneven tiled flooring. Stops wobbling! Storage capacity: Lots of storage capacity! An option to have the shelf at a heigh your prefer, too. Fit: Fits lovely, however, always measure prior to purchasing. This is true to size. Colour: Love the colour of the black and dark wood top - nice industrial feel. Functionality: Functional, practical and solid. Flat packs usually aren't easy to set up, but this has been the easiest flat pack ive ever had to do and its solid!
