So sad I thot since it's a reputable company and its doesn't come cheap that it will grind effortlessly. I really struggled grinding my spices. Very very poor quality not at all worth that price. Save urself the pain n not purchase it

I would like to get a refund or exchange on the item. I used it for the first time today and it stopped working. I can smell something burning inside as well. Highly disappointed!

The motor stops or may burn if you use without break while grinding spices. Be careful while using.

Worked less than 2 minutes and then stopped working completely such a shame

Although bought in Germany it did not come with an EU two pin plug which was disappointing. However the grinder was a gift for my son who is absolutely thrilled with it. Making the pestal and mortar redundant.

Works much better than a previous grinder we had by a different manufacturer and quieter.

Totally happy with this grinder, does any type of nuts and spices. Very easy to use and clean. Powerful enough for all my needs so far without overheating. The process is fast because of the great speed. There are no settings needed, the desired size of the nut and spice particles is controlled by time. Good value for money and would buy again. Very recommended.

Mi experiencia específica con el producto por el momento es mala, ya que la clavija que trae es de tipo UK y no se puede utilizar en los enchufes españoles.
