Product was delivered dirty, with scruff marks where feet are, possibly used and the upper part was jammed inside the lower base. Product was also not sealed properly. Disappointed. Had read previous reviews from 2021... it’s still happening in 2023! Will ask for replacement immediately- let’s see.

The adjustable small item is stuck inside the big one! I am so annoyed about this!

Brilliant. Makes pooping effortless. Makes me want to run from the toilet to the fridge and eat more food so I can go back to the Squatty Potty again! Want a leg (or two) up on pooping? Get one of these!

Firstly, this is a great product. Strong, sturdy and does exactly what you'd expect. Ergonomics work a treat too. Secondly, and more importantly, there was an initial error in shipping - I received only the base part. Have to say, that the after sales support was outstanding. Not only did I receive an extremely prompt reply, but the missing part was shipped straight after. Great supplier to deal with. Thanks again for your great after sales service.
