Poly SYNC 20+ Smart Speakerphone USB-C für Microsoft Teams

Great microphone. I've tested about six bluetooth mics from different brands and Poly is better in terms of noise filtering, connection reliability and sound quality. The only downside is that there is no charging port at the bottom of the unit like at Poly 40 so the only way to charge is attached cable that will break at some point making the mic unusable.

This is really good … great sound and the microphone is perfect. Great for Teams calls.

My hearing is not to good .I use it to enable to hear my phone calls. One of my best buye, s. Would highly recommend for people with hard of hearing. Good value .would not be without mine.thank you

Bought this mainly because it has a built-in mic but the speaker is below-average quality. Sometimes it works fine but occasionally the speaker sounds like it's damaged like someone has ripped the speaker membrane.

Have mainly just used this as a a decent speaker with my laptop for now. Sound is great for that so expecting the same when on Teams/Zoom calls etc.

I have 2 Poly/Plantronics headsets, so I expected this speaker to be the same quality, it isn't. People on the other end said that the sound quality was so poor they could barely hear me and there was an echo every time I spoke.

Ich habe mir den Konferenzlautsprecher gekauft weil ich es satt hatte ständig im Home Office das Headset zu tragen. Ich habe zuhause ein kleines Büro und daher ist es auch okay wenn mein gegenüber gehört werden kann. Die Lieferung erfolgte wie gewohnt durch Amazon super schnell. Der Speaker war am nächsten Tag da. Gleich beim auspacken viel das Design auf und auch die Schwere des Speakers. Er liegt sehr hochwertig in der Hand. Optisch ein echter Hingucker (wobei man das für 130€ auch erwarten kann). Ess liegt ein Stoffcase, die Gebrauchsanleitung und der Dongle bei. Ich kann bei der Installation jetzt nur für Teams sprechen aber diese ist denkbar einfach. Das Gerät kann über das zwei sekündige drücken der Pair Taste am Laptop/PC gefunden werden. Bei mir war es sogar so dass Teams selbst auf das Gerät aufmerksam wurde und die Einrichtung übernommen hat. Die Einrichtung ist also super simple. Die Ton und Sprachqualität ist klasse. Zur Akkulaufzeit kann ich bis dato noch nichts sagen. Es lassen sich übrigens über das Poly Hub diverse Einstellungen zum Produkt vornehmen. Ich kann das Produkt vollstes empfehlen.

Like all Plantronics devices, this is expensive but it just works. After countless devices from various brands that were reasonably priced but always left things to be desired, I finally got tired and splurged for this. It works perfectly. Callers can hear me clearly and I can hear them well, there is no reverberation and "can you hear me" wasted time in minutes. It works perfectly (I've used it via both USB wire and the included USB wireless dongle) with both Mac and Chromebox. It is utterly simple and it just works. Even their Poly Lens app that customizes some useless parameters of the device just works on Mac, no drivers or admin permissions or other grief. Thank you Plantronics, you saved my ear from the misery of earbuds all day and gave me sanity back in my meetings and I can talk like normal humans do. Well designed high quality device that just works. Worth every paisa paid. If you are a professional stuck at home doing meetings all day, don't think twice, buy this and it'll save your sanity.

The sound quality is great as you can hear the deep bass in people's voice. I won't be able to go back to even the high quality speakers in laptop. It is also full duplex, so I can speak and hear people's voice at same time and not have it cut out audio. Definitely worth every $!

Correction: my previous review stating wrong item delivered but subsequently I found the BT700 adapter in the package. Hence, I would to like revise my review - it is good conference call speaker phone. The delivery was fast as well

Cons: None, save the inner Poly box could have been sealed with a tape. Pros: Many! 1 Certifies for new MS Teams 2024. 2 Same excellently works with Cisco WebEx. 3 Excellent audio speakers and clear mics! 4 Easy and intuitive operation clear indicators. 5 Immediately recognized device in settings. 6 Nice size and space savings over separate microphones and speakers. No A/C plug necessary, battery operations excellent. 7. Wrap around usb C cord at bottom. 8 Dongle is USB C and lights to indicate connection to the base unit. 9 No default requires software to install but maybe optional software. Be aware if your work computer does or does not permit you to install software as a user. Check your IT department. 10 Use but do not lose the small dongle, makes it all so much easier in a work setting. 11 Bluetooth pairing optional and perhaps a great option for cellphones.
