This works great on a stove. I bought it for my fireplace and it worked in front of it when it got really hot. I recommend a regular fan for a fireplace. This works great for my mother’s wood burning stove. Helps move warm air and warm the house.

Second of these we’ve bought in last month. They work fine out of the box & help push heat across room. Also continue working when stove fire has died almost down so very sensitive to heat. Low humidity when operating (with 2 going at once it’s noticeable but not distracting). Had another brand before that died after a year, so can’t speak to durability, but even if we have to replace every year worth it.

This little bad boy really moves the air around. Very happy with this purchase.

This fan works as it should however it is not silent like the one it replaced. There is a hum to it, much like a small electric fan. It is also smaller than our original fan. Our original fan lasted about three years.

Fan shaft was bent when I received it and the fan blades hit the fins on top and will not spin. Tried to bend it down which allowed it spin for couple minutes but soon started hitting the fins again and stopped. Useless.
