Very Well Built!
Sized well! 5'11" 210lbs, the XL fits like a jacket, just as expected with plenty of room at the sleeve ends and for layers underneath. The elastic straps are well placed and work well to keep the garment in a comfortable position. The buckles allow quick on/off and is much appreciated. The star of the show are the arms! The rear of the arms cover the entire shoulder blade, allowing ample movement before the elastic straps engage. It feels like a full garment until you feel the straps gently holding the shoulder blade flaps together. Aside from a couple of blemishes in the leather, which is overall great quality for the task, I love this protective gear.

Works great
Been using this for weekend work, doing MIG while seated or standing at a table. No more holes and hot BB's through my pant legs. Would definitely recommend. Only drawback is the leather was still damp and stinky when it arrived, so I had to let it air out for a week or two but all is good now. The elastic straps and velcro are holding up so far, but if you wanted to used this all day every day, I suspect you'd wear out the elastic or the plastic clips and have to come up with a plan B. I also like the high collar and good coverage for the back of the neck. The sleves are snug if you wear thicker sweaters or jackets underneath, but a hoodie and a thin cotton FR jacket is fine. Plus there's no lining in the sleeves, so the leather has a lot of friction when sliding your arms in and out if you're wearing a rough jacket and it can be a pain to put on and off. Size-wise, I'm 6'1 and 230 lbs, the XL is an OK fit but it probably would be a little snug for someone who's heavier or more round in shape.

They run small valuing build are excellent
These do run small I ordered an extra large my build is 5‘8“ 175 pounds most of my weight is in my belly with a 36” waist the large fits me very well would not dare go to a large I wear a medium to a large in a coat kinda in between I am still able to wear a heavy sweatshirt underneath it when it’s cold outside. as far as the two buckles go on the back, they seem to be fairly adequate. I leave the top one buckled and slide it on over my head takes a little work, but not a big deal would be very hard to buckle while you’re wearing it. I very seldom buckle, the lower one, as I don’t need to buckle it, it stays in front of me very well without it being buckled so far. It did find that it came a little damp, which I expected with leather no overwhelming odor as others have stated it did leave a lot of fuzz on my clothes after I first used it, but blowing off with compressed air and the vacuum to it seem to fix that problem. For the price it is an extremely good value, and I would definitely recommend and buy again I love the open back as it will help with air circulation on hotter days.

Exelente producto
En lo que a mi respecta, cumplio al cien por ciento con mis espectativas. Cubre perfectamente toda el area de riesgo de salpicaduras al soldar o lijar. Es un poco pesada pero creo que es aceptable debido a su tamaño y forma.
