Every morning for breakfast I usually have a bowl of cereal, and ever the years I have tried many different brands and kinds of cereal. While I was browsing on Amazon lately, I came across of this product (POST GRAIN GRAINS BANANA NUT CRUCH CEREAL) and decided to purchase it. Good crunch and flavor
This cereal has good crunch banana flavor with some whole grain notes. It holds up well for a few minutes, if you don't instantly start eating your cereal. You definitely have to enjoy the scent and flavor of bananas. Personally, I often blend this with some of my other whole grain cereals to make a more exciting mix, but it definitely stands up well on its own.

Too Much Fiber For Me!
This cereal is quite delicious, with a moderately too rough texture that's somewhat pleasing. The issue? WAY too high in fiber! I CANNOT start my day with that much . . . gas in my sensitive system! I am going and going, walking 5-6 miles a day, five days a week, so an uncomfortable stomach is a no-go.

Post Banana Nut Crunch... As shown in picture. Crunchy and tasty and fresh. Just add cold milk and sugar to it, have it. Tastes great. It's a U.S. product - imported. Just go buy it if you can get it.

It's one of my go to breakfast in those days that I'm feeling lazy. Just hoping that I can purchase it at some decent price. Most days it's above 600 or 700 for one bag. 😓

Found the nuts quite hard and cereal not as crispy.

The box of cereal was very old and also when we removed the cereal it was stale and not at all edible
