Tasty but expensive to buy on here can buy locally cheaper
Really nice. However I did later find out that I paid way more than I should of, they sell them in our local shop for £1 for 1 pack that means it would of been £3 not £5 odd so feel a little hard done by however they are tasty and it’s something the kids didn’t eat as soon as it went into the cupboard so I literally got some yaaayyy xxx

Coconut?!
I didn't check the ingredients when we bought these, and I still haven't looked. But I would be willing to bet these m that these contain more coconut than the traditional almond that is in Bakewells.That said, these do taste very nice even if they have that coconut texture and slight flavour. Moist, sweet with a slight stickiness and a visible jam layer. Jam flavour is less dominant than we expected from other reviews. In appearance they look like they could be Bakewell slices with the cake top and thin pastry bottom, albeit lacking in any visible almond flakes!Nice quality, decent portion size and enjoyed by our family.

Best Bakewell Ever
Very very tasty Bakewell slices and being individually wrapped makes them great for lunch boxes.Excellent price through subscribe and save just a shame they are no longer available

Far too sweet!
I really did not like these. They were so sweet I couldn't even eat one. I should have have known because the first ingredient was listed as sugar. There should have been a warning that they were unsuitable for diabetics!
