I’ve been taking these for a while now, at least 6 months. I made the mistake of not re-ordering in time and BOY!! Not letting that happen again! These are great. They’re sneaky. When I started taking them, I couldn’t really tell a difference at first. I’d say it took a week or two. I just felt a bit more chipper, a bit more relaxed, a bit more cheerful…it was gradual. 6 months in and I had to be without for a few days. I could TOTALLY tell.

First of all, I love this brand. I take several different supplements by Vitanica and they all have yielded positive results. Very trustworthy company. Second, this Adrenal Assist supplement has helped so much with my adrenal fatigue. My ND tested my blood last year and found that I had adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism, which wasn't full-blown but was getting there with my bad eating habits and stressful lifestyle. Having candida as well was contributing to it too, as many different issues can arise in the body once candida has caused leaky gut and entered the bloodstream, which it had for me. I had been taking a separate supplement for my adrenals and my thyroid by a different brand but it was getting too expensive. So, I started taking this Adrenal Assist for both my adrenals and thyroid alongside Candidastat (also by Vitanica) and I feel so much better. This supplement has helped with my fatigue, raised my energy levels, and helped with my overall well-being. My hair is less dry and brittle, becoming more silky and shiny. My skin and nails are less dry, and I know that this supplement has really helped me over the past 2 or so months that I've been taking it religiously. The dosage says 3 caps a day but I get by just fine with 2 a day, both in the morning with food. My energy increases soon after taking them. I highly recommend.

Adrenal Assist is amazing. I bought a bottle based on the reviews of others after my massage therapist told me she thought I was suffering from adrenal fatigue. The first day I took the recommended dose and I was alert and awake - all night. So now I take one capsule a day with breakfast. And that keeps me feeling fit and ready to take on anything. It seemed like once I hit my thrities I just kind of lost all my energy but Adrenal Assist has changed that. I also love that it is 100% herbal. Some adrenal supplements actually have ground up cow adrenals in them. I don't want to put that stuff in my body. Who know what kind of other hormones and processed gunk you would be ingesting with those. I would recommend Adrenal Assist to anyone who is fighting fatigue, feels run-down, is having a hard time staying alert, or is suffering from the brain fog that adrenal fatigue can cause. This product is splendid.
