Very disappointing
I bought this knowing its a trusted brand, but the product has not met my expectations.It keeps giving me an error with the battery, inspite of inserting brand new batteries each time, it does not even print 5 labels consistently without giving me a battery error again.This purchase was a thorough waste of money. There are so many cheaper brands that were available on Amazon, and I could have considered those, but I bought this purely knowing its a trusted brand and with longevity in mind. If someone can contact me to have this replaced or checked out from the Brother brand it would be appreciated.
