Do i rinse my mouth out or leave the paste on my teeth?

I went to their website, translated to English, and also read what everyone has said on Amazon about leaving in your mouth for awhile. I have a problem molar, a crown that sits on top of an area that I have been told by dentist needs a root canal, but doesn't show up on x-rays yet. I started using this at night a few weeks ago. I brush my teeth like I normally would, paying special attention to that area with the paste. After brushing, I leave the paste in my mouth for about 30 minutes. And then I rinse. I started noticing a difference about 7 to 10 days after using. Before I started this routine, that area hurt whenever I ate something hard or crunchy. And most recently, temp started bothering it. I have been using "sensitive toothpaste" for years, and have had good results. But for the past several months, there was this pain and it was getting worse. It is without a doubt making a difference with my teeth and quality of life (no pain). I am getting no pain from eating anymore or from extreme temp. Not to mention, my teeth look like the dentist has cleaned them now!

Did anyone see a difference in the enamel after using this?

It won’t repair a cavity, but I had weak (light) spots in my enamel and it completely remineralized them. My dentist couldn’t believe it at my 6 month cleaning that a toothpaste could fix that.

Does this product fill the hole in our tooth (cavity)?

Over time it should. The product is scientifically proven to remineralize teeth.
