This is not the best 4K Projector out there since the ANSI lumens max is 1500, but the projector is outstanding for the price of 645 dollars, came with the original box and accessories and looks like it was new with new issues, I was a little concerned since it was refurbished but it works great. Great picture quality and great colors with a little fine tuning on the settings. I recommend setting brightness to 88 and picture mode to gamma 2.0, it's defaulted to enphoto setting. Also, adjust the color saturation to 55. See picture attached that shows the projector quality in a room with some light, looks even better at night with the lights out. Shows 4k HDR and HLG, looks amazing. While its not as good as my other XGIMI Pro 4K Projector, its not that far off and for 500 dollars less it's a great deal.

As soon as it was delivered, I opened the Amazon box and saw the product box looked like it was old, ragged and beat up and certainly do not want this for a pricey Christmas present. I immediately got in my car and headed to UPS to return it. Very disappointed!

Update: dark scenes can be improved by changing settings. As other reviewers have said that this projector does not reproduce shadows well in dark scenes. I thought so too until I realized that there’s a thing called “Projector Settings” - what worked well for me was to go into Projector Settings > Picture Settings and change Picture Mode to Movie, Brightness to 44, Contrast to 50, then go into Advanced settings and change Gamma to Max Brite. For cine buffs, this gave the right effect in a darkened room for scenes with lots of shadow details. Okay, it’s not as good as other projectors rated at 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio but it’s MUCH better than the out of the box settings and I enjoyed the picture.The sound is phenomenal for a built-in speaker system. Not as good as a dedicated surround sound system but quite adequate, full range and loud enough for indoors.I also bought it for the low power rating, since I'll be powering it from my RV's batteries. I do recommend this projector.

The product itself looks sexy, modern and well built. Installation process was smooth and quick. Not many buttons or back and forth moving around set up, which makes it very convenient for a home projector type. Very recommended

My few complaints with this projector was too dark colors for reds, bad remote controller with no lights on them.

The media could not be loaded. This Projector is the best you can buy for the Price every Movies you'll see will blow you away buy it I give it a Compliment 10......

Horrible product stopped working after 6 months and they won’t honor a replacement ordered another one looked completely used worked for 15 minutes during set up and then stopped working again!
