This product took 2 weeks to be delivered which I thought was too long a wait although price is good and arrived in good condition. I have been trying various similar products for the past year and so far it is just OK. I do realize that it takes time to find the right procedure for successful results and so far it is a work in progress. Trying various amounts to my under eye area ,it has shown to reduce puffiness but the crusty residue it leaves is not attractive.I have figured my way around how to use make up with it ,however the dry cracking residue it leaves is still an issue. I have tried so little that is does not work at all and also graduated amounts up to too much which does not work either . I have not given up on Sudden Change though,because it does do as it claims .....but I am still trying my best to give it a fair trial to find the right amount which works while minimizes that unsightly residue look.

Been using this product for several years. If your getting white residue under your eyes try dabbing the area with a touch of water first then immediately dab less then a pea size amount on the area. Also if you have stocked up on the product and it has dried solid just add hot water to the bottle , let sit , then shake until it has dissolved and WA LA!!
