These are amazing! I remember unisom fromyears ago. I recently purchased two bottles. Indeed I am very pleased to have given these another go. I usually avoid taking melatonin because it gives me weird dreams and I wake up groggy but THIS melatonin is magic. I take one at night and it makes me sleepy within a few minutes, if I'm having a tougher time falling asleep then I take two and it will knock me out peacefully. I never wake up with weird dreams or feeling groggy anymore, it has really changed my perception on melatonin. I have been recommending it to all of my friends and family and the price point is also pretty amazing. Tastes good, like a little piece of gummy candy. Would recommend if you are looking to try a melatonin that is highly effective without the grogginess and weird dreams.

I agree with Tina's review March 25..... I too have been using these for quite awhile and this last bottle has a buzzard, chemical, burning after taste that did not exist before. Something is off....

I bought these to help me fall asleep. Since I’ve been taking them I’ve had more sleepless nights than before. It takes forever to kick in and, when I finally fall asleep, I wake up three hours later (which I’ve never experienced before). Today I took my two gummies and felt chest pain. Not a good feeling. The only positive is that I can remember my dreams. Not sure what’s causing this. Might be a coincidence. I do not recommend these gummies.
