This stuff is amazing! It helps with soooo many things and is so great for your immune system. It also helps your skin to be less sensative to the sun. I find I tan more than I burn now, and before that was not the case. I still slather in sunscreen though, I feel like it makes my sunscreen more effective, it does not take the place of sunscreen by any means. It’s also amazing for recovering your body physically, after a hard workout or long day at work. I am not nearly as sore and achy like I used to be. I also have a bad back and it hasn’t been cured by any means, but this supplement definitely allows me to do things I couldn’t before, without pain. My back and my hips were so bad I hadn’t been able to go for a run in 20 years! One day during my walk, I just started running! I ran almost a mile, felt amazing and was not sore the next day!!! Running is something I love, so I’m forever grateful! I highly recommend! This company makes the best supplements. They make them so easily absorbable which can be difficult and is obviously very important. They also do go overboard with their dosage.
