I absolutely love this NCYP house-shaped glass terrarium and it has been the star of our homeschool caterpillar project! The size was absolutely perfect—large enough to give our caterpillars plenty of space to move around and observe their metamorphosis, but compact enough to fit nicely on our learning table. The geometric house design is not only adorable and eye-catching, but it also provides excellent visibility from all angles, allowing my kids to watch every stage of the transformation without disturbing the caterpillars. The glass construction is crystal clear and high quality, making it so easy to take photos and videos for our nature journal, and the acrylic lid is lightweight yet secure. I appreciate that the opening is wide enough to easily add fresh leaves and clean the habitat without any hassle, which made maintenance simple for our hands-on learning experience. This terrarium made our science lesson so much more engaging and memorable—my children were absolutely mesmerized watching the entire life cycle unfold right before their eyes. Even after our caterpillar project ended, we've repurposed it as a beautiful succulent display, so it's truly a versatile piece that we'll enjoy for years to come!

This glass terrarium is high quality and sturdy. No assembly necessary, clear glass with air vents at top of house. Opens at the top with ease. Very cute that will be used for my grandson snail.

I recently decided to attempt to take in and rehabilitate a snail with a damaged shell, and after a ridiculous amount of searching for the "perfect" enclosure, I finally found this one and instantly fell in love with the look, size, and price; especially considering it is glass instead of acrylic! It shipped and arrived quickly, and it came very well packaged with no damage or noticeable scratches to the glass. It's not only a very attractive glass enclosure, but also appears well made and sturdy. It's personally the perfect size and shape for my one snail, giving it plenty of room to climb and explore without being TOO big or cumbersome. He loves climbing the tall walls to the very top and just hanging out when he isn't tucked away sleeping, which was one of the most important features that I liked about this particular terrarium compared to others. I do feel it is probably a little more difficult moving stuff around in and cleaning due to the shape and lid opening, but not so much so that I personally find it to be an issue. The lid closes and latches securely, and it ventilates well without the holes being too big that there is risk of escape. Overall, I could not be more pleased with this purchase for the quality and price, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, eye catching terrarium. My Shellie certainly approves! 🐌😊

Gave it to my brother as a birthday present. He absolutely loves it. The quality was great. It looks absolutely beautiful. Would definitely buy another one.

Overall, I'm very happy with this terrarium. I'm using it to house isopods, and it seems to be perfect for the job. I don't have standing water in there, but I do mist and it seems water-tight so far. It's cute and seems well made. Two things to note. 1. The hinged lid does not form a seal, so it would not be great if you're concerned about anything crawling out or in. And 2. I got the model with the ventilation holes in the lid. There's a little metal stick that can be used to prop the lid open, but it tends to get in the way when I'm trying to close the lid. It's attached to the lid, so it's a little inconvenient. I may just remove it as I open and close the container often. Just a few details that are good to be aware of depending on how you plan to use the terrarium.

Awesome product. It is definitely a fragile item...so treat it with care. However, the packaging was impeccable! I was worried it would break but it came carefully wrapped in styrofoam within a box without any room for it to wiggle or break. The product looks beautiful and I'm so happy I got it. Even without plants it's pretty, however it's perfect for building a little plant terrarium or fairy garden depending on what you're getting it for. There is a little window on one side of the roof for placing objects/plants in. It is large enough that it's not impossible to work within the little house. The little window also serves as a fantastic vent if you're using this for plants/propagations as it comes with a little lever to hold it open by itself. Very nice product.

This is a beautiful and sturdy little terrarium. We recently used it to raise a Giant Leopard Moth Caterpillar for release, and she was quite comfortable and at home. The lid-prop is handy for cleaning or watering and the entire thing fits nicely on a windowsill.

The design might be simple, but it works. Its size is as stated. The hinge isn't stiff, nor does it squeak, and while I personally wouldn't have gone for a glass panel on the underside/added some extra reinforcement there, it works well enough as it is. The acrylic panel doesn't have the same sheen as glass, but that's a minor aesthetic detail, and worth it to be able to close the lid but still have ventilation. It came with some stick-on feet to keep the glass base off whatever you're placing it on, and they were easy enough to apply. The glass itself isn't as scratch-resistant as most modern phones, which is something you will have to keep in mind if you're using metal tweezers and/or adding in stones/rocks, but the overall construction feels fairly sturdy. The latch doesn't allow for locking, despite initially looking like it would. The little metal prop to prop open the lid is a thoughtful addition, although its place inside the terrarium when closed could potentially cause you some issues if you have anything too high in that particular corner. Overall, a good product! It even came with some little decorative stick-on ladybirds, which was delightful.

小さなカタツムリを飼育するためにとても良いデザインの水槽だと思います。 屋根の開口部は広く、掃除をしたり餌の交換をしたりするときのストレスがありません。 内部のレイアウトを変える作業も開口部が広いので簡単です。 この画像のように、屋根の構造を利用して、上から何かを吊るすことも簡単にできます。 しかし、もし私のようにこの水槽でカタツムリのような小動物を飼育する場合は、 温度管理と湿度管理には十分に気をつける必要があります。 このような構造の小型ガラス水槽は、夏は内部の温度が一気に上がりやすく、 冬は温度が下がりやすいので、植物の温室として利用する目的以外に、 この中で小さなペットを飼う場合には、その点に特に注意が必要です。 また、黒い躯体部分は金属を使用しているため丈夫ですが、 水分・湿気の影響で、枠組みの金属から少量の金属錆びが染み出してきます。 それはカタツムリの健康に悪影響を与えるリスクが少し、あるのではないかと私は思います。 水槽内側の金属部分は薄い樹脂のようなものでコーティングされているので、 今のところ大きな心配はありませんが、長く使用した場合は、問題が出てくるかもしれません。
