When we purchased our dishwasher, the manufacturer recommended this product along with finish rinsing agent.So, I gave it a try. It worked really well. Even on things I never believed my dishwasher would clean - it does! Old flower vases with hard water stains. Mason jars I’d like to reuse. Everything comes out like it was brand spanking new.So, I have continued to use it all of these years.My dishwasher still looks new on the inside, has no funky odor, and still cleans my dishes perfectly. I’m guessing, but I think it’s been about 7-10 years?I would recommend this product!

when buying these i was being health conscious and made sure not to get ones that come in a plastic pack that disintegrates during they cycle. To me this means that disolved plastic residue must be all ove the clean dishes. This version works as well if not better than the plastic packets and simply must be better for your health because it contains no plastic
