This brought my HP Envy360 laptop back to life. I did buy my laptop a long time ago so either the battery was just old or developed memory I don't know, but it only lasted a couple hours on battery power regardless of what I was using it for. Even though my laptop is older it has amazing specs and works flawlessly except for the battery life so I decided to change the battery instead of buying a new laptop and ended up picking this one really because there was a one day delivery option. The Envy360 is a 2 in 1 laptop and they are thin so getting to the battery was interesting because the screw sizes were very tiny. This battery came with the tiny screwdrivers which is a plus but I used my tiny power screwdriver which saved time. I changed the battery successfully and it works great. To test the battery life I went to a web page that plays videos and left it running continuously. It took 7 and a half hours before the battery died without using any battery saving options such as dark mode, etc. It's a high definition screen and I had the "brightness" fairly high as well. I think 7.5 hours like that is pretty good. The only thing about the battery is that it arrived with one of the screw anchors on the battery itself bent. I was nervous about straightening it out to screw it in because the anchor is so thin and I was worried I might break it. I didn't break it. The battery was well packaged so not sure why it would be bent but no harm no foul. I would definitely recommend this battery. Worth the price.

Easy to install. Works fine. No compatibility problems (I use Windows 11 on an HP laptop). Solved my laptop’s battery issues without incurring a hefty fee from an area computer repair store.

The product was at a good price and it seemed to work really good. Also the fact that they sent 4 screwdrivers with the battery made it much easier to get the laptop computer apart and put in the new battery.

Fitted perfectly and after a week it has been working perfectly fine with my good old laptop. I will probably update my review after a few months if it falls. If I don't update it that means nothing changed or I died.

I installed this battery and it worked fine with no errors for about 2 weeks until it stopped working today. I could not get my laptop to turn on unplugged after I had used it just 30 minutes before. I tried charging my laptop for a full hour, HP diagnostics, hard resetting my laptop, updating the BIOS, uninstalling then reinstalling the battery, and I still could only turn on my laptop on battery only. I had to reinstall my old laptop battery, and the old one worked fine. So, I knew that the battery I ordered was defective. Luckily, the battery only lasted for 2 weeks, and I was able to return it. If you want to use this battery, keep your old laptop battery just in case.
