I love these and do actually feel increased energy already after a week. They are a great texture, don't stick together, and the fact that they're so yummy makes them a great value because you'll actually take your vitamins!

The tablet is a great size for kids. My 6 year old took it without any issues.

These are like a sweet treat for me when I want to add some extra Vitamin B12. I actually really like the ginger flavor! Who knew?! The texture is softer than a Haribo gummy. I love this brand and buy sooooo much from them. Now, I have noticed one big change. I added these at the same time as extra vitamin D and low dose melatonin. I have less grays around my temples. I’m a female and that seems to be the first place I’m graying. But it’s a lot less now!! Thank God I don’t have to dye my hair yet.

I really really really enjoy this supplement!! I have tried many and they usually make me really sick. This one is very gentle on my GI and I really like that you can take it on an empty stomach. I don't get nauseous like a lot of the other ones I've tried before. I do feel a little more energetic and I am thankful I tried it :)
