was so happy to find this. price is great, charges very well and quickly in my opinion. It does the job!

The charger arrived quickly. Super easy to use. Just place the battery in the open compartment, flip out the prongs that tuck in for storage and plug the unit into the wall. No USB cord. It charged both the original battery and non-name brand replacements. The batteries were completely dead so it took a while to charge. I just left them so I'm not sure how long. Definitely not a quick charge. Perfect for my needs. I recommend for the D3000 Nikon.
