Feels excellent in the hand
I have used this knife 5/7 days of the week every week since I got it. I love this knife's handle, it fits extremely well in the hand and allows a firm grip. The knife cleans up very easily and doesn't have any weird crannies for meat/fat to get backed into (your inspector will love ya!) My one gripe is the price, however I understand everything is up in price. The metal however seems a bit different than the traditional victorinox. I know this is SWIBO, as my understanding goes slightly different than the now known victorinox. The metal sounds different when pinged on a honing rod vs most other knives. However the performance does seem similar to traditional victorinox. Nonetheless it's relatively easy to sharpen, and holds an edge decently. I enjoy the knife overall and it's my work horse still yet.

My husband use Swibo knives since ….. 1980 ! Some knives from 1984 are still used today, incredible high quality.

This Knife is amazing
I visited my mother recently and I needed a knife and this is the one she gave me it had ridges actually she has had this knife for well over 35 years and never sharpened it and it cuts like crazy great job with this knife

Incredibly sharp
Love how sharp this is. My only knock is that it isn’t quite as sturdy feeling as I want from a good knife. However, for the price point this is still really good quality.

Easy to hold and to manipulate when using it. I bought this for when I butcher deer, it is much easier to do with a sharp knife - and this is a sharp knife which really holds its edge, only needing the occasional swipe over a sharpening steel as you go along.

Desde que tomas el cuchillo por el mango se percibe el agarre y firmeza con el que lo puedes manejar, combinado con el filo del cuchillo logran una excelente experiencia de uso para el fin del mismo. En mi caso yo lo uso principalmente con su filo para remover grasa superficial de ciertos cortes de carne y para deshuesar. Me gustó la forma del mango que te permite un firme manejo además que evita que tu mano tenga contacto con la parte posterior de la hoja del cuchillo. El color le da una distinción contra otros cuchillos lo cual puede ser util para cuestiones de higiene. No soy un chef profesional pero da gusto usar este cuchillo en mi cocina.

The Swibo knives are fantastic - keep an edge very well and extremely durable. Much prefer the Swibo's with the orange handles to my Dexter Russel blades and / or the Victorinox blades with the black handles
