Amazon should have pumps based on the size of your product. If not, switch out a pump from another product that you are not using as much.

How long do you leave it in before rinsing it out?

Good day. The directions on this product is not specific about how long you could or should leave it in before rinsing out. You may use it as you would most other regular conditioners. Thank you.

Why doesn't this come with the pump ?

I don’t know. Mine definitely didn’t. But, I think it’s too thick to use the pump anyways
