Are these blades safe to use in SE razor to shave with? Thanks for your quick response to my question.

If "SE" means single edge, then yes. I also shave my head and these are the only blades that are comfortable. Also,they are very difficult to find in local stores. I have the original GEM flip-top razor.

Are these blades ptfe coated?

No. Search Amazon for PTFE coated GEMs. Those seem to come in a 100 pack for $23.

Do these blades rust?

It claims they are stainless steel.Stainless steel should not rust.
