Yes. It's just a little plastic thing you set the arrow on so it doesn't roll off. It isn't attached at all. I weigh all my nocks and heads and arrows separately.

Why does one picture show 100g and the other shows 200g to calibrate?

Not certain but the 200g weight is what you need to calibrate.
