Pretty disappointing that this can with 24 Anna toothpicks when I was expecting at least half Elsas? Otherwise, the cupcake liners are cute but seems like the packaging from other reviews is inconsistent.

The picks and wrap were fabulous! The liners were a huge letdown and unusable. I used a Wilton cupcake tin. In the photo with my finger, those are the liners that came with it. See how horrible they look filled with batter. Then I simply showed how the sides bunch up by pushing down on the liner. I had to scrape out the batter from the liners and use liners I luckily already had.The second photo shows a comparison of the liners that came in this order and others I had. On the left one can see how spread out these liners are. Maybe the crimping needed to be tighter or something. The liner on the right is the other brand, for comparison.

I wanted to like these so much! But they do not at all fit a standard size cupcake wrapper. They are more made for jumbo cupcakes. I had to return because my cupcakes from the bakery were too small for these. The wrapper is thick cardstock like material. You have to tape it to keep it from coming off the cupcake.

It was missing the characters that go on top of the cupcakes. It came taped up like someone had been into it, so I think they sold me someone’s return. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to buy something else before my daughter’s birthday party, so we were stuck with it. Trust the other negative reviews!!! My daughter was extremely disappointed, and I was mad we got probably unsanitary items that were half missing. Also the blue glitter liners that go around the cupcakes were way too big, and wouldn’t actually stay around the cupcakes. I’ll never buy anything like this off Amazon again.

Incomplete order - I only received the wrappers. Having now read other reviews, this appears to be a trend. The description notes it should also include 24 liners and 24 toppers. I don't have time to return and reorder.
