Q: How often should you use the hair mask?

Every shower, I just use it like you would conditioner. Wash hair and add mask first then leave it on for duration of the shower.

Q: Is this the product to get the color condition to become pastel?

This product (Overtone Remedy) is clear/opaque white & doesn’t deposit any color at all... just conditions/moisturizes.

Q: Is this essentially the same as the color but without pigment? I loved how my hair felt after using Overtone, but I don't want to color it.

The colorless Remedy makes my gray hair shine and feel so soft. My hairdresser told me that my hair was in very good condition and he no longer attempts to sell my products/
