Nice and easy to install using the adapters provided! Water tastes a lot better !slightly lower pressure from the tap but worthwhile! Good quality water quality good ! Functional

Got this to replace a small generic version which used the tube shaped filters similar to those in a fridge water dispenser. The small ones only lasted a short time and seemed to be of variable quality so I replaced with this one. Easy to fit (I did need my box of parts to get the right connectors though) only took a short time to do. I cut in a shut off valve at the same time and had to cut out a section of pipe where the quick fit connector of the old system was as it used the pipe puncture type connection (not sure what the real name is!) so I took that off and replaced the section that had the hole. Water quality seems very good, flow is much faster that the old one, taste is improved as we live in a hard water area and the water can sometimes taste "dry" due to the chalk. the filter looks easy to replace, just a twist off, twist on and says it should last for 15 months which, although more expensive, is good compared to the 3 months of the others. the cost of replacement looks to be slightly more than 5 of the other filters (over the same length of time) but the quality of the filtering is worth that little bit extra.

3 minute installation claimed in the description might need qualification: Yes, it may take 3 minutes to click in the water pipes but in total our professional (and competent) plumber took around an hour and a half from getting it out the box to closing the cupboard door, job done. Likely you might have to cut a hole in a cupboard shelf to accommodate the height of the item, you need to drill holes for a bracket to affix the filter to something rigid. Filter seems to do the job, no foul tastes any more and it appears to limit limescale build up in our kettle. Reduces water pressure but that's not unexpected. Just make sure you have a strong main pressure before buying one of these. Overall, happy with it.

Great filter 5* Easy to install and you can feel the water taste difference instantly. Quick tip for UK buyers- make sure you get the UB system that comes with flexible hoses and adaptors for 1/2 inch that is the most common in the UK, unless you want to drill a hole in your countertop for the provided faucet that comes in the package. No more jugs that needs cleaning and no more cartridges that needs replacing every 4 weeks. Customer service amazing and very responsive Overall very satisfied with the filter.

So we had a brittas filter jug and was getting old. Was not cost efficient at all and sometimes we could still taste the chemicals after filtering water when we boiled the water in the kettle with a new filter in the jug.! This was a game changer for us as in London water is not great a all in our areas. It’s been so cost effective and very consistent in water quality for both tea and as drinking water. Filter I think needs changing once a year or even longer depending on family size and water usage. I have told all my friends just get this as it does improve the water quality for sure. Fitting it was easy and cartridge below sink unit in cupboard is so thin it does not take up much space at all which was our main worry as tight cupboard and storage space. Lots less hassle than brittas jug and it’s expensive cartridges.

Ich habe vor kurzem den Waterdrop Untertisch-Wasserfilter für meine Küchenspüle installiert und muss sagen, dass er eine fantastische Ergänzung für meine Küche ist. Er liefert nicht nur sauberes und erfrischendes Trinkwasser, sondern hat auch die Qualität des Wassers zum Kochen und Geschirrspülen deutlich verbessert. Ich benutze ihn jetzt seit zwei Wochen und möchte meine Erfahrungen mit Ihnen teilen. Es trägt dazu bei, Mineralablagerungen auf Geschirr und Geräten zu reduzieren, so dass diese strahlend sauber und frei von Wasserflecken sind. Ich habe auch festgestellt, dass sich weniger Kalkablagerungen im Wasserkocher bilden. Außerdem schmeckt das gefilterte Wasser hervorragend und macht alles, vom Kochen bis zum Kaffeekochen, zu einem angenehmeren Erlebnis. Er funktioniert ausschließlich auf der Grundlage des Wasserdrucks. Mit einer Lebensdauer von drei Monaten entschädigt er für seinen Preis. Alles in allem könnte ich mit meiner Entscheidung, den Waterdrop Untertisch-Wasserfilter für meine Küchenspüle zu installieren, nicht zufriedener sein. Er hat die Qualität unseres Wassers verbessert und die täglichen Aufgaben in der Küche viel angenehmer gemacht. Ich empfehle ihn jedem, der sein Wasserfiltersystem zu Hause aufrüsten möchte.

It's what I needed

This is very very good and excellent product with zero water waste. It is also value for money. Looks exactly same as what it's shows. Ease to use and install. Product was installed on 29th Dec 2024 after delivered to to home. After installation first 3 days water quality was good and after that colour was bit changed as light yellow. But after few days water quality back to normal very pure and crystal clear. Below shown photo was taken on 24th May 2025 almost after six months. 💯💯💯💯 🆒✅✅✅Quality product.

I bought this Waterdrop filter and I’m honestly very happy with it. The installation was super easy and the design is clean and modern – it fits perfectly under my sink. At first, I thought the filter was broken because the water pressure was very low. I contacted their customer support, and Karina from the team responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. They even sent me a free replacement filter without hesitation! Later, when I reinstalled everything more carefully, I realized the problem was actually a kinked hose on my side – not the filter. I let them know about my mistake, but they still let me keep the replacement filter as a gift. That kind of customer service is rare these days.
