I'm getting to the age where I prefer not to crawl into the back of my truck to grab tools so I used these slides to make a pull out tray for my pickup bed. It's a win! Everything is easy to reach now. I'm sure I usually have more than 500 lb on this tray on a daily basis. Miter saw and stand, contractor table saw, compressor and air tools, several tool boxes and usually various building materials. Plus I still occasionally crawl up on there if things get tangled up or fall off the front edge (I didn't initially have a lip up there to keep things from sliding off) and I'm 6'3" & 228 lbs. The slides have stood up to the test with no complaints and no signs of failure. When I need to carry heavier items I designed the slide so I can get it out of my truck in under 5 minutes - after I get all the tools and stuff off of it that is lol. 😂 I'm planning on buying at least one more set of these and making a set of pull out drawers that are independent of the tray because I love how this has made life so much easier for me! Whatever your planned usage for these is I doubt if you are going to abuse them more than I have. I have no problem vouching for their strength and smooth operation. I also want to note that it is vital that these slides lock in the closed position (a great feature!). Personal experience speaking here - I got in a hurry one day when leaving a job and pushed the tray in without it latching and also thought my tailgate was completely closed and it wasn't! The slide shifted when I started to take off because it wasn't latched and because the tailgate wasn't secured either, it opened and I almost had a very sad and expensive mishap. Thankfully I heard things are moving then stopped immediately. You can bet from then on I've made sure the tray actually latched into position and my tailgate is secured lol!

Love the sliders but the lock mechanism quit working after a couple weeks not sure if I just got a faulty one ? But will be purchasing more to do another pull out drawer in my work van has anyone else had the same issue

I use a Honda Odyssey as a work van, and I'm old and my knees are bad. I just can't keep climbing in and out to retrieve and put away tools. So I combined these slides with some T-Staks and a sheet of 3/4" plywood and now the tools come to me! Smooth sliding action and solid locking mechanism on these slides will make you smile every time you move them. Only complaint is the locking lever seems to actuate the wrong way? I could be wrong, but it seems counterintuitive to push down on the flat part. I'd imagine I'd pull up on the concave part like in the photos in the listing. Oh well small nitpick. For under $100 for the 40" slides they are worth every penny. Also you'll want to get some screws unless you're bolting them onto sheet metal or something. Included nuts and bolts are only good for that. I picked up a pack of #12 x 3/4" wood screws to go into my 3/4" ply and was a perfect fit. Very solid slides.

Seem solid built. Have a little weight so would lead me to believe these are solid.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. After only a few days of use, the drawer slides broke and the locking mechanism no longer works at all. I purchased these slides to build a sliding bed system for my truck, based on the advertised 500 lbs load capacity, but they clearly do not meet that claim in real-world use. Because the lock failed, the slide now moves back and forth constantly while driving, which is very frustrating and unsafe. It keeps slamming into the truck bed, causing scratches and damage to my vehicle. A locking slide should stay locked — especially when used in a moving vehicle — but this product completely failed to do so. The build quality is poor, and it is not suitable for truck or heavy-duty applications despite the advertised specifications. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable, heavy-duty locking drawer slide.

Love these and wish I read closer that they are locking. I could have done without the locking but whatever. Used them to help with a hidden shelf into the outdoor kitchen counter. Pull out holds chairs or coolers and then a hidden 3 burner Dutch oven camping stove.

When these were delivered, I was shocked at how heavy the package was. Heavy duty? You bet! I used these to mount a 42" "kitchen" drawer I built for our van conversion. The drawer is 42x14x11, used to house 2 iron skillets, 4 sets of plastic dishes, cooking utensils, 2 propane camp canisters, other cooking supplies and a Coleman camp stove. The hinged top is cut from a thick oak restaurant table - so 1"x42x14. All this to say, the slides handle the weight without issue. Highly recommend if one has a load to extend.

Extrèmement long.. très pratique pour des tiroirs infinis :-) Demande déverrouillage pour ouverture et fermeture quand ouvert à fond ou à moitié. Parfait pour une utilisation dans un véhicule / van.

Funktioniert perfekt in meinem Van

Unas guias geniales y muy robustas, no sé si soportará los 220 kg que dice, pero seguro que los 160 que yo necesito si. Me llegó muy bien embalado y cumplieron con la fecha de entrega. Solo destacar que los tornillos que trae son cortos, aunque yo ya tenía los que le iba a poner... Muy satisfecho con la compra.
