Making medications easy to administer, one treat at a time.
My dog takes anti-convulsants (seizure control medications) twice a day. These pill pockets taste like peanut butter, his favorite thing, and make it so I don't have to futz with actual peanut butter to get him to take a pill. Even better is I don't have to put a pill at the back of his throat and force him to swallow it. He gets excited when the pill alarm goes off because he knows he's getting these pill pockets, and we have a no-hassle medicating routine. Definitely buy them on Amazon rather than at the pet store - your wallet will thank you.

Genuine Product. Repeat Buyer
This is the genuine product not an old expired or fake version. I’m extremely cautious of buying any dog food or ingestible on Amazon and always go with a trusted source online or in the store, but I have been a repeat buyer here and not had any issues. Our Boston Terrier dog has to take medication three times a day for seizures for the rest of his life, so you can imagine how many I go through. I usually only need half a pill pocket to wrap the medicine, even with the smaller tablet size, so I do. I don’t use other brands of pill pockets as these Peanut Butter flavored ones work so well.

Great judging from the fingers I've lost
MAkes giving dogs a pill a snap. In fact they're so over eager to take pills now that they'll take my hand with the treat. Big change from the pain it was trying to hide pills in all manner of foods before. Just put pill in bite sized Pieces and clamp it shut with a pinch. My dogs are about 45 pounds each and this makes it easy to get them to eat their pills. And if it's a particularly big pill I just use two and put one on each end of the pill.

Oh yes.
The best. Once I changed some pain meds for two of my dogs - from capsule to tablet - it was harder to get them to take. They were pretty much just eating with their meals (i put chicken broth in AM and green beans at night with their dry food).Thought I’d try these things. WOW. They eat the little pill pocket right up. Each guy gets two twice a day.Just jam in meds and then pinch closed. Sort of a silly putty / play dough thing.I ordered a single pack first and then quickly went with this 6 pack.Didn’t see any difference on the first pack marked for capsules and these say tablets. I can get two tablets or a caplet and tablet in one.

Canine Pill Pockets
Would have given 5 stars as we use this product daily for our dog’s pills, but the first package I opened is dry & very crumbly. Hopefully the next five will be fine.

Finally! Exactly what I needed to get my dog to take her pills!
For years I had been smearing peanut butter on pills for my dog to take. Or, I've put the pills into a bit of cheese or a chunk of meat. I always thought it would be so much easier if someone made a flavored capsule in which to put my dog's pills - and then I discovered these things. Sooooo perfect! There are lots of different flavors. They are soft and pliable, so it's very easy to put the pill in them. You can "mould" the pill around the pill so it's completely covered. My dog loves them, too.Beware that there are different "sizes" of pill pockets ... some are for regular-sized pills, some are for capsules, and others are for large pills. You have to read the description carefully or you may order the wrong type. There is a small picture/icon on the front of the package (at the bottom) that tells you what size they are for.

Great and easy way to give medicine
This is the best idea available for giving pills to dogs. My dog loves the peanut butter flavor. Worth the money.

Stale
I buy these pill pockets often, as my dog takes medication twice today. This time, not all of the pouches contained fresh pill pockets. Some of them were stale- very plastic-like. They do not pinch at the top in order to keep the pills in. Rather, they crack in half. My dog, who loves pill pockets, will NOT eat these. I’m quite disappointed.
