Quality of product and Service of the CSE
Product Nutribullet Countertop Blender for Shakes, Smoothies, Food Prep, and Frozen Blending, 64 Ounces, 1200 Watt, Dark Gray NBF50400 We had purchased this product in Oct 2025 from Amazon and the quality of the product was good. However the plastic jar was broken but on contacting the customer support, the response was quick and the Customer service representative (Roy) was courteous and assured replacement / full refund of the product. Very happy with the overall experience of this product and would strongly recommend to our family / friends as well.

Powerful Blender for Daily Use
This blender has exceeded my expectations in many ways. With its 1200W power, it effortlessly blends everything from shakes and smoothies to food prep and frozen blending. Despite this, I still enjoy using the blender and appreciate its convenient size and ease of cleaning. If you're looking for a compact blender for basic use, this might be a good option. Just be aware that it may not always handle tough ingredients like frozen fruit and ice with ease.

Product broke, emitting a burn smell
Do not buy this, product would emit a burning smell and then not work. It was past the return period when this happened so I had to throw it away. Huge waste of money.
