I installed the black ink cartridge right away after receiving it. It works. No lines, no cleaning needed. I was skeptical at first as it was my first time buying refurbished. Now I’m worry free. It is not exceptionally cheap, but it is a nice option until I find a cheaper one.

I waited for 3 weeks after installation so I could give a complete review. The installation was simple and intuitive if you've ever changed any Canon printer cartridges. Simply remove the protection tape and install. There are clear and concise instructions online as well. I've printed 74 pages to date and never had any issues with the quality. All have printed evenly with no bleeding of colors. I am very pleased with this product and will use JARBO again. I for one am ecstatic for this economical high quality option. I print on many kinds of paper (cardstock, fabric, stationary...) for my hobbies and to date all have printed as well or better than the Canon branded ink. Thank you JARBO!! I am so tired of buying new printers every time I needed ink, because for the high prices you may as well have bought a new printer each time.

I bought an item a month ago but actually used the item after the deadline for the return date.I got defected product for the first time and never thought the issue will be recognized since the return date was passed. However, the seller was very polite and quickly fixed the problem, even though she was not obligated to do so.The second item comes with little instruction and cartridges. It works perfectly fine on MG2522.Price of the product is fairly inexpensive compared to other brand ink cartridges and has a decent quality.I have printed out 153 pages so far in black and colors, don't have any issues with printing.I am very pleased with the products, customer service, fast respond, and shipping.I will definitely purchase the items again and appreciates the service and help.

I have used the Jarbo brand several times now and have no complaints with the quality of the ink. The one time I got a cartridge that my cheap, shoddy, and jam-prone Canon Pixma rejected, once I contacted Amazon they shipped a replacement the next day (BEFORE I had even dropped the dud off at UPS). I will continue buying this product without hesitation.

I have not had to install the color cartridge as of yet. However, if it performs as well as the black I will be extremely happy. Have not had any issues with the black cartridge the print is as good as an original Canon cartridge. No smearing, very clean printing. Not possible to be any more happy from a purchase regarding quality. The main reason I bought it was basically because of price. I only hope that Amazon continues carrying this brand.

The pictures I have attached tells the story. Although my camera is not the best the printed colors are crisp. They do not smear or run. I consider this to be my go-to ink supplier from this point forward .....barring a drop in quality. Save your money and buy these...I'm glad I did. The first picture is direct from google. The second is JARBO print. The 3rd is of a competitor also selling here on Amazon.... Absolute TRASH... I've reviewed their product as well....

Thought I should give an honest review on this ink. First of all this ink is just as good as OEM brand FOR LESS $! I know it is only ink but I almost did not purchase because of some bad reviews. If you want to save $ give it a try! Oh yea, I purchase a lot of items online and this company actually reached out to me to make sure everything was ok with purchase. Can't say for sure but I suspect some of the customers that purchased was looking for a freebie by leaving a bad review. Oh, almost forgot, only thing I can think of negative is printer does not keep up with ink levels using this cartridge. Does not matter to me but could to some. Will purchase again cause I like saving $ lol.

UPDATE =================== 03/22/2020 | 5 Stars for doing the right thing!About a month or so after the fiasco outlined in my original review, below, I received and email for Mon a Jarbo, after-sales support apologizing for the sub par experience I had and asking if I wanted a refund or replacement cartridges. I email them back and said that Amazon had already refunded my purchase but thanks anyway. To which I received an email stating they still wanted make things right and asked if I wanted to try another set of cartridges. I replied, sure I’m game, but make sure you’ve fixed any issues with them causing the printer to error out otherwise it’s a waste of time. Long story short, they sent replacement cartridges and they work perfectly at about half the cost of OEM. Also they have great customer support, not online chat though, but great support where it matters. I’d highly recommend because they’re driven to do right by the customer, something very rare these days. Even the best brands products can be defective occasionally, it’s how the company handles that situation that makes all the difference.Original Review ======Don’t waste your time and money. I ordered both black and color for a canon mx490p. Received on time, color works fine but black causes the printer to error out. Black cart looks correct but the printer will not accept it. Got on chat with support and spent over an hour while being passed on to 3 different individuals, each of whom, didn’t bother to read the thread history and would start asking the same questions again and again. I think this was about the worst customer service chat I’ve ever experienced. BTW, when I say I got passed on to 3 people I mean I was literally transferred while I was typing responses to questions! When I saw the name of the customer service rep change for the 3rd time I just said to hell with this and closed the chat window. So I can’t print what I need for work, have a black cartridge that’s acts like a paper weight and laughable customer support. Saved about $15 and wasted $90 in my time. Not purchasing anything from this seller again.
