Since 2005 - and going
No joke have been using this brand and type of insole since I was 15 years old (now 34). I have flatter feet which causes them to widen so having these helps my foot, ankle, knee and hip pain. First started using them when I was in marching band and experienced horrendous foot pain. My doctor recommended an overhaul of my footwear. Got Brooks tennis shoes and these insoles and the pain subsided. Since then, I've worn them on and off for a few different reasons (not marching anymore but definitely needed them when I was pregnant :)). I've worn them in converse and vans and while I should probably forgo those shoes, having the insoles helps immensely. Tips and tricks: do not trace your insole of your shoe but rather do a solid outline of your foot. I have found that doing this will help be able to move them from shoe to shoe. I don't have tons of pairs orf shoes that I wear that require this, and simply put, cannot afford to have multiple pairs of these insoles, so I move them from shoe to shoe. This is not a soft insole and that suprised me the first time, but you get used to them because they provide comfort and ease for the rest of your legs. Post pregnancy, I have some lingering hip and back pain and when I don't have the insoles it does feel worse. Do these solve all of those problems? No but it certainly helps to have them to take the edge of those aches. Everyday use will shorten their lifespan, but that just goes with insole use. For heavy use, let's say, you spend a lot of time on your feet at work, I worked in food and I had to buy a new set nearly every six months, then you'll have to keep up with them. I have an office job now and I think I can make it about a year and some change. I cannot recommend these enough.

Great Insert! Easy to Trim!
Wide enough to fit into my 11.5 wide shoes. Easy to trim. Very comfortable and supportive!

Best bang for your buck
Definitely the best insoles I've used. I've been using mine for about a month now, and with my extremely high arch I would've already been tearing throw any other inserts. These barely show sign of wear, and make my feet feel incredible. I clock in 12k steps a day, and these keep my feet from feeling a step over 2000.

Great for wide feet
These insoles made my favorite shoes actually comfortable. The arch support is spot on, and they give just enough cushion without feeling bulky. Trimming them to fit was easy, and they’ve held up well through daily wear. The design works perfectly for wide shoes—no awkward bunching or sliding around. Worth every penny for the comfort upgrade.

Mild support only but a quality product
I have a severe case, I understand that. I need more anti-pronation (more tilt, higher raised inside edge where the arch would be). These don't prevent pronation completely for me, but they do slightly reduce pain after standing and walking. Made very well, of quality materials, they still suffer from the same design flaw as many of these insoles. The portion under the arch has an upward slope, that is to say the bottom "footprint" of the insole is smaller than the top surface of the insole. So there's an inverted upward slope, or you could say the top surface (in the arch support area) hangs over thin air, theres nothing to stop my huge flat feet from smashing the arch support area down flat, there's no material under there to stop this from happening. I was hoping the rigid plastic frame would help reduce this. These do work better than many but they're not really worth the amount they cost for the minimal improvement. People with minor cases may find them to be excellent. The manufacturing is obviously very good. They're made very well, but I would call them "wide, low", not "wide, high". Too much flex/too soft to hold my feet at a good angle.

These hold up really well and give great support.
Toss those insoles that come in your shoes and replace them with Superfeet. These hold up really well in my trail shoes and provide a great deal of support.

I've never been able to talk myself into spending more than about $20 on insoles, but finally got persuaded into buying superfeet by a family member who swears by them. I've already had several 10+ hour days on my feet in my work boots with them installed and couldn't be happier. So far these are the only insoles where my feet are comfortable, arch is well supported, and I have zero foot pain or foot fatigue after a long day in rigid work boots. Worth the money - you definitely do pay a bit more for these than other brands, but they seem worth it.

These soles are the best I have tried, and I have tried many. These provide the support needed without being uncomfortable.
