Why is there no scoop?! Is it suposed to come in it? How are you suposed to measure it out accurately?

自分の場合は注文から5日でロサンゼルスから届きました。 今までの海外取り寄せ品で一番の爆速到着で驚いております。 専用スプーンが付属されてないので計量器を使いエクステンドBCAAのスプーンを使って5g分飲んでます。 到着初日に5g、翌日15g、二日で合計まだ20gですが、本番セットでのデッドリフトで１セット目２セット目１０５kg6回だったのがどちらのセットも7回になり、シュラッグ１１０kg１セット目２セット目7回だったのが９回になりました。 その他の背中・腕種目も重量アップやレップ数アップなど、なかなか良い感触です。 自分は夏場は滝のように大量の汗をかく体質なのでクレアチンを買ってからは一日約3リットルの水分を摂取するようにしてます。 そのせいなのか、クレアチン飲み始めた翌朝のパンプ感がすごかったです。 筋肉のハリが違いました。 副作用なのか、2度3度軽い頭痛があったくらいで腹痛などは今のところありません。 2日で体重1kg増えました

Amazing product. Takes about 3-4 weeks for creatine to saturate. Not 100% water soluble but no big deal as you just drink some, shake the bottle a bit, drink some more, etc. Never tried any other brands of Creatine but this one definitely did not disappoint. I paid a little extra for *Creapure* brand as I read it was better "quality" creatine.
