Works but must be set up each time you turn the car on.
This is the only way I've found to cast and control my Samsung Galaxy S6 on my Kenwood DNX693S. You will need to install a few Kenwood apps from the Play Store. Pros - was able to control my Samsung Galaxy S6 on a Kenwood receiver. Cons - needs multiple apps and research to get it to work correctly. Does not come with a whole lot of instructions. Conclusion - this is one way to get a Galaxy S6 to work on a Kenwood in-dash receiver. I had to watch a lot of YouTube videos and do a lot of Google research to finally get everything to work. I have not been able to get it to the point where I can just turn on my car and it just shows up on my in-dash receiver and I'm good to go. You literally have to set up the entire thing each time you want to use it. Even if you were to hardwire it to the battery or the fuse box there's still a setup. This is mostly due to the fact that we're dealing with older technology at this point. But if you're stuck with a Galaxy S6 like I was then this is a good solution.

Overpriced, Under-Featured Junk
Might as well buy a FireTV Stick for less than half the price and better functionality (including full MiraCast support, not just a subset like this dongle). That's what I ended up doing. Works WAY better than this thing, which I returned for a full refund.
