After the key started to come apart, and before wanting to risk the expense of a replacement key from JLR I went with an alternative product which, whilst it did protect the key, weighed only slightly less than the car! After seeing this and seeing the price I thought it was worth trying and now that it had arrived I am glad I did. It fits perfectly, it doesn’t make the key bulkier (or heavier) and it looks good with the carbon fibre design. If (when) your JLR key starts falling apart I would definitely recommend it. I have bought another one for the spare key to stop that one from going the same way.
