I have tried many kinds of digestive enzymes, mostly all of them had been good. It is easy to swallow, ingredients are safe for gluten free sensitive, good quantity for the price, and had help me to digest , I take it with my food anytime I have a decent size meal, i feel comfortable using it. Dextrin triggered my reflux
Not sure why this has dextrin (maltodextrin). It triggers my reflux. Had to stop using it. Otherwise, it was good.
