Really great! Absolutely perfect for a home workout, and the workout sheet that comes with it is a real bonus. Good range of band strengths to meet all levels and ranges of exercises. Highly recommend!

Good band set. Great resistance range, all you need for a full body work out. Handles are sturdy as is the door anchor.

Fairly priced and good quality, despite my best efforts these have not torn on split. Have since sold my weights and bench and use these as I get to still do the bulk of the same work outs with these and as they are compact I can take these when I travel. Hand grips could have been better designed for comfort but otherwise I am happy with these for the price and what they do.

The bands themselves are superb but the ankle straps are useless, as the velcro just pulls apart, totally unfit for purpose. Have had to buy more adductor straps that do work

Been using bands for 10 years these are probably the best i've ever had . Like the higher weights than most other sets. Only question is durability. Used by myself and adult son approx. 8 workouts a week so time will tell. Really like the extra material on the door accessory wish there were 2 provided. All in all very happy. Well worth the price

This is a great set of bands. Many different levels of resistance and the bands have lasted a while. The handles are interchangeable so, it takes a few seconds to swap them out if you're doing exercises that require switching back and forth so plan accordingly. Definitely worth it for the price.
