Perfect minimal effective PT setup
Exactly what I needed to stick to my PT program long term. I mounted it in my office behind a door where it’s relatively hidden

Just like physical therapy!
I first used something like this while in PT after a car wreck and came out looking and feeling better than I had in 20 years, so it was great to find this here to be able to bring home and use every day whenever I wanted. Basically, if you have at least four inches of wall width on a stud available somewhere, then there's zero excuses to not get some exercise in during the day. I LOVE THIS THING!!!! It's the only piece of workout equipment I've ever used that is not only FUN to use but also gives both immediate (mood boosting, strength building) and longterm (body shaping, posture fixing) results. I actually look forward to using it every day, especially during this time of year with the winter blahs and more time spent indoors. I get a great mental health boost, a quick pick-me-up while working from home, I feel stronger and tighter, and get compliments again on how nice my posture is. Don't wait to end up in rehab or for New Years Resolutions to start leveling up your health, do yourself a favor and get this ASAP!

Great Product - Prefect for Mayo Clinic PRC Grads ... BUT
Attention Mayo Clinic PRC (Pain Rehab Center) grads. This unit will replicate the Jacksonville Web-Slide Rail system, be much more versatile (IMHO) and be much less expensive. This was exactly what I needed and replicates what you would find in a Physical Therapist Gym except you do not have to attach and re-attach the straps, you simply slide the rail car up and down the rail. Excellent design and set up. Also seems very secure. BUT ... I used ever screw hole and every included. Thought I should. Problem is YOUR WALL NEEDS TO BE AS STRAIGHT AS A PIECE OF GLASS or the rail car will bind and be difficult or impossible to move up and down the rail. I would not consider my wall to be bowed much at all. To look at it you cannot see it, but where the sheet rock had a seam it did bow out slightly in the middle. So imperfections in our studs and sheet rock tape and mud will negatively effect installation. I had to shim mine out with washers using a 4 ft level to get it pretty straight. Also, adjusting how tight each screw was in the wall helps the binding, you just have to "tweak" the various screws to get it so the rail car moves more or less freely. I still have one binding spot near the top and one other spot, but it is not too bad. I also did sand the burs and sharp points out of the track side of the rail car and any rough places caused by the screws. So mounting is not so straight forward and will be more difficult in a less than perfect wall. ALSO REMEMBER: This unit cannot be mounted on an unsupported wall. You must have a stud or solid wall to secure the rails into AND you must have or order your own bands (though both of these should be obvious) Once installed, over all a great product and a very affordable price.

Works great, looks great, not hard to mount but pay attention!
This rail and car system works really well, and looks great on the wall. From some of the other comments here about flipping the car around, I can tell that some people haven't mounted it correctly. The narrow side of the rail goes against the wall, which seems backward, and the two bumpers go on the outside of the rail and stick up. The purpose is to prevent you from sliding the car off the bottom or the top of the rail, although personally I don't see that as much of a problem. The directions show that clearly, because the top-most and bottom-most screws go through the two bumpers, but it's not quite what I was expecting. Once you play with the parts for a couple minutes, it becomes obvious how it mounts. I was able to mount it in a stud by drilling pilot holes and using the 10 (as I recall) screws, so it's not going anywhere! It's a really nice addition to our small, home fitness room. Recommended.

Replace the Gym!
This is a wonderful product to use with bands for a real versatile upper body workout that will rival the professional machines at the gym. Found using a door to be dangerous when using heavy bands and with this, you can use all angles. Says will support up to about 250 pounds if put into a stud...I think that is true. Bought to use with Undersun Bands that will give you maximum resistance that parallels the heavy-duty gym machines. I bought two to combine and give a full 8-foot span plus having two hooks to use.

Don't listen to the installation problem comments - Gorilla grip unnecessary
I guess it seems logical to many people that something you want securely mounted must tightened as tight as you can get it. Sure, if you crank down on the screws you can sink the thing into the drywall and the carrier won't slide. But, follow the instructions and mount it to a stud, use all those screws, and there's no you need to crank down so hard on it. If you do, the rail will sink into the dry wall then the carrier thing won't move but, geeze, just back the screws off a bit and the thing will slide as designed and you won't pull it off the wall, trust me. The screws must go in just far enough so that the carrier can clear them. That being said, thing sure costs enough, for what it is. I don't see two rails, one carrier, and a bunch of screws having to cost so much. Mine is mounted and works fine.
