Smells lovely in the diffuser/humidifier . Not used on skin so not sure how good it is for sleep.

Seems to be great quality essential oil. I used to purchase from the more expensive brands, but after doing research and comparing, plant therapy appears to be of equal quality but at a fraction of the price. Thank you plant therapy for providing quality oils at an affordable price. As my oil supply is depleted, I will be replacing with plant therapy.

Love the product but the shipping sucked, it took forever to arrive and I also had to pay customs which was not stated in the description. Over all I’m happy with the product.

Brought this because of the good reviews, I've used this for a week now. I mix it with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, I was really hoping this worked like others has said but my 1 year old is still waking up at night 2 or 3 times.
