Built quality is great, value for money, fast charger and easy to use.

This charger is better and more powerful than the original supplied with laptop. Initially concerned that it got hot but this seems to have moderated now. Additional USB point is an additional benefit.

I bought this because my original power supply cable kind of bent and outer shielding starting to come apart exposing copper wire. This seems to be able handle the rough usage and works really well.

This product was well packaged and delivered on time. I have previously bought a cheaper option but turned out to be false economy when it failed 2 months later. This product however is perfect and has not let me down. I would recommend this as a replacement if requiring one.

From the advert you think you are buying a genuine microsoft part, but not only is it NOT microsoft it also makes my tablet get scorching hot.

Does charge a surface pro 9, but not as fast as the (much more expensive) original. Lighter too. Also runs quite hot when charging from nearly flat battery. Will wait and see on longevity.
